**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service department, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and inquiries, and driving customer retention. **Key Responsibilities**
As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
* Focusing on customer retention through proactive communication and issue resolution
* Providing customers with careerzynith's service standards and ensuring that they understand their options and benefits
* Identifying, escalating, and reporting priority issues to high-level management
* Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources and following up on complicated customer calls as needed
* Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM
* Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries
* Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
* Performing other duties as assigned by management
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or GED
* Bilingual skills (a plus)
* Some sales and customer service experience
* Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar
* Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
* Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Some experience with MS Excel (a plus)
* The ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations
