As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. **Key Responsibilities**
As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, your duties will include:
* Answering phone calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner, responding to their inquiries and complaints, and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
* Focusing on customer retention and satisfaction, ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported.
* Providing customers with information about our service standards, policies, and procedures.
* Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management, ensuring that our customers receive the attention they need.
* Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring that our customers receive the support they require.
* Following up on complicated customer calls, ensuring that issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
* Completing call notes and call reports as necessary, updating them in our CRM system.
* Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries.
* Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
* Performing other duties as assigned by management.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* Bilingual skills (a plus)
* Some sales and customer service experience
* Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar
* Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Some experience with MS Excel (a plus)
* The ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations
