**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional member experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
* Addressing and resolving member inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Troubleshooting App and Device issues to ensure seamless member experiences
* Documenting and updating member records based on interactions
* Staying informed about our evolving products and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to members
* Managing multiple member inquiries quickly, accurately, and efficiently to meet or exceed performance standards
**Work Environment and Workspace**
As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home office. To ensure your success, we require a dedicated home office workspace that meets the following criteria:
* A separate room with its own door to minimize distractions
* Adequate space to set up your workstation
* Ability to hardwire internet (direct connection to your router)
* Three power connections to support your equipment needs
* Continuous availability throughout your shift; flexibility to handle non-work-related tasks is not possible
**Preferred Skills**
While we welcome applicants from all backgrounds, we're looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
* Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a call center environment
* Minimum typing speed of 40-55 WPM
* Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all interactions

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with members and colleagues
* High school diploma required; college education preferred
* Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting Apps and Devices to resolve member issues efficiently
* Previous medical experience a plus to provide specialized support to members
**Training**
As a new hire, you'll participate in our comprehensive training program, which includes:
* 100% attendance required to ensure successful completion of training
* Live Remote Training to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your role
* Systems and Program Training to familiarize you with our technology and processes
* Full-time, Monday-Friday, dayshift training to ensure a smooth transition into your new role
**After-Training Schedule**
After completing your training, you'll transition into a Monday-Friday, afternoon/evening shift schedule. Full and part-time hours will be available, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.
