**The Role**
As an Inbound Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries, concerns, and complaints. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving retention. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answering phone calls from customers professionally and responding to their inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
* Focusing on customer retention through proactive communication, issue resolution, and relationship-building
* Providing customers with arenaflex's service standards, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience
* Identifying, escalating, and reporting priority issues to high-level management for prompt resolution
* Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring that customers receive the support they need
* Following up on complicated customer calls, providing additional support and guidance as needed
* Completing call notes and call reports, updating them in our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and analysis
* Obtaining and evaluating relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries
* Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, maintaining accurate records for future reference
* Performing other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the growth and success of our team
**Requirements**
* High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred
* Bilingual skills a plus, but not required
* Some sales and customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
* Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication, with proper grammar and punctuation
* Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
* Some experience with MS Excel, with the ability to analyze data and create reports
* Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations, maintaining a positive attitude and composure under pressure
