We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Inbound Customer Care Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our Customer Service Department, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries and complaints, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization. **Key Responsibilities**
As an Inbound Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have a variety of responsibilities that will challenge you daily. Some of your key duties will include:
* Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
* Focusing on customer retention and providing customers with the organization's service standards.
* Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to high-level management as necessary.
* Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources and following up on complicated customer calls where required.
* Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
* Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries.
* Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
* Other duties as assigned by management.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Bilingual a plus (but not required)
* Some sales and customer service experience
* Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar and punctuation.
* Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Some experience with MS Excel is a plus
* Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong time management and organizational skills
