**About the Role**
We're seeking an experienced Inbound Chat Sales Representative to join our team in Dublin, representing arenaflex's client, Dropbox, on their B2B sales efforts. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and developing sales opportunities through chat-based interactions with business customers. Your primary goal will be to generate high-quality sales leads while providing exceptional customer experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Serve as a product and service advocate for Dropbox, building interest and awareness of their value proposition among business customers.
* Quickly articulate technical and business value propositions via chat, leveraging your previous chat experience and technical knowledge.
* Effectively navigate multiple web applications and multiple web chat sessions simultaneously, providing prompt, friendly, and professional responses.
* Achieve established sales goals and objectives, working closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
* Learn quickly and maintain a current, comprehensive knowledge of Dropbox's products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
**What You'll Need to Succeed**
* Minimum one year of direct sales experience, with a preference for telesales or B2B sales experience.
* Fluency in German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Previous web chat experience in a work-related environment, with a solid understanding of cloud-based technology, including cloud storage and file synchronization.
* Prior experience responding to customer requests for sales and service, ensuring delivery of an exceptional customer experience.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant computer software and hardware.
* Excellent sales skills, with a proven ability to maximize sales results and excel in a team environment.
* Tech-savvy, with an affinity for innovative and emerging technology.
* Self-reliant, adaptable, decisive, and professional, with the ability to effectively multi-task in a dynamic environment.

**Compensation**
The basic salary for this position is €32,000 per annum, with an additional variable bonus component of €6,000. Your recruiter will provide more detailed information during the interview process.
