We're seeking an experienced HVAC Service Dispatcher – Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Voorhees, NJ. **Key Responsibilities**

**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience working in an office, customer service, or scheduling coordination role
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
