As a key member of our HR Shared Services team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions. As the primary point of contact for all HR inquiries, you'll work closely with our local and global teams to resolve employee issues in a timely and efficient manner. Your expertise in Workday HCM and talent management will be instrumental in driving our HR strategy forward.

**Key Responsibilities**
As an HR Shared Services Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Ensuring the accuracy of employee data through the control of employee structures and processes
* Collaborating with our HR teams to resolve employee inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Researching and implementing new tools and strategies to simplify, optimize, and automate work processes across our Talent organization
* Creating, writing, and maintaining our HR knowledge base for employees
* Assisting with the analysis, intake, and operationalization of new employee services, from pre-employment to offboarding
* Performing system and testing audits to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and functionality
* Analyzing and recording results and discrepancies
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Demonstrated expertise with the Workday HCM tool
* Demonstrated experience with Mass Uploads (EIB)
* Strong project management, communication, and customer service skills
* Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and data analysis
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to provide results in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
* Ability to troubleshoot using rigorous logic and strategies to resolve complex problems
* A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field (desired but not required)
* Experience in Workday Data Analyst, HR, or as a HR Generalist (a plus!)
* Experience with Zendesk ticketing system (a plus!)
