**Key Responsibilities**
As an HR Shared Services Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Ensuring the accuracy of employee data through the control of employee structures and processes
* Assisting with applications that impact all personnel, ensuring they run smoothly, so employees can focus on doing their best work
* Researching new tools and strategies to simplify, optimize, and automate work across our Talent organization
* Helping create, write, and maintain our HR knowledge base for employees
* Assisting with analyzing, implementing, and operationalizing new employee services (from pre-employment to offboarding)
* Performing system and testing audits to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and functionality; analyzing and recording results and discrepancies
**Required Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Demonstrated experience with the Workday HCM tool
* Demonstrated skills in Mass Uploads (EIB)
* Strong project management, communication, and customer support skills
* Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced skills in Excel
* Strong interest in HR and the ability to provide results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
* Ability to problem-solve using rigorous logic and strategies to resolve complex issues
* A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred but not required
* Experience in Workday Data Analyst, HR, or as a HR Generalist is a plus
* Experience with Zendesk ticketing system is a plus
