You'll be the primary point of contact for all HR inquiries, from initial requests to fulfillment, and collaborate with our local and global teams to resolve employee issues in a timely manner. Our employees are our greatest asset, and we strive to provide a supportive and inclusive environment that allows them to thrive. **Key Responsibilities** As an HR Shared Services Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Ensuring the accuracy of employee data through the control of employee structures and processes * Assisting with applications that impact all personnel, ensuring they run smoothly, so employees can focus on doing their best work * Researching new tools and strategies to simplify, optimize, and automate work across our Talent organization * Helping create, write, and maintain our HR knowledge base for employees * Assisting with analyzing, implementing, and operationalizing new employee services (from pre-employment to offboarding) * Performing system and testing audits to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and functionality; analyzing and recording results and discrepancies **Required Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Demonstrated experience with the Workday HCM tool * Demonstrated skills in Mass Uploads (EIB) * Strong project management, communication, and customer support skills * Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced skills in Excel * Strong interest in HR and the ability to provide results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment * Ability to problem-solve using rigorous logic and strategies to resolve complex issues * A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred but not required * Experience in Workday Data Analyst, HR, or as a HR Generalist is a plus * Experience with Zendesk ticketing system is a plus **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, experience with the following tools and technologies is highly desirable: * Workday Data Analyst * HR Generalist * Zendesk ticketing system **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment * Strong project management and organizational skills * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong customer support mindset and stakeholder management skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
