As an HR Data Entry Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing the export and upload of performance-related documents, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information. **Key Responsibilities** As an HR Data Entry Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include: * Accessing employee performance-related data and exporting it as a PDF document * Ensuring that the naming convention of generated files follows the expected format * Importing documents to employee records, ensuring that the document contains data pertaining only to that record * Monitoring and tracking tasks assigned while auditing for accuracy * Performing all other duties as assigned by the HR team **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: * 1-3 years of experience supporting employee records maintenance, preferably in roles such as HR Shared Services, Employee Transaction Management, Master Data, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Quality Assurance, and/or records keeping * Strong attention to detail and ability to correct any potential issues within defined guidelines or process * Self-audits work to ensure accuracy * Ability to organize high volumes of work in a logical way to ensure efficient processing of information and adherence to a service level agreement * Ability and knowledge of how to manage confidential information * Strong desktop computer skills, including the ability to effectively navigate web-based solutions and use MS Office suite for routine tasks like email, managing spreadsheets, and word processing * Basic proficiency in using MS Excel to review and audit large amounts of data, including the ability to manipulate, sort, organize, and use basic formulas within MS Excel spreadsheets **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * Experience working with HR systems and software * Knowledge of data entry best practices and procedures * Familiarity with MS Excel and other data analysis tools * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
