**Job Summary**
We're seeking multiple Healthcare Revenue Cycle Specialists to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. As a key member of our revenue operations department, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of patient data and insurance information. **Responsibilities**
As a Healthcare Revenue Cycle Specialist with careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Performing duties related to revenue operations, including medical insurance collections, credits, and patient insurance coverage
* Communicating with insurance payers to ensure proper insurance coverage for our patients and timely reimbursement for dialysis services rendered at our clinics
* Responding timely and accurately to payer communications, ensuring seamless processes across teams
* Collaborating with other revenue operations teams to identify process changes and opportunities for continuous improvements
* Partnering with clinics teammates, including insurance counselors, social workers, and facility administrators, to ensure timely and accurate insurance information
* Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A High School diploma or equivalent
* Minimum of six (6) months corporate office experience
* Previous Revenue Cycle experience is preferred but not required
* Data Entry experience filling out online forms
* Savvy in navigating through the internet and provider portals
* Proper claim accounting knowledge is a big plus
* Medical billing or accounting experience is a big plus
