**Job Summary**
We're seeking experienced Healthcare Data Entry Specialists to join our Revenue Cycle Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing various duties related to revenue operations, including medical insurance collections, credits, and patient insurance coverage. **Responsibilities**
As a Healthcare Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for the following key duties:
* **Revenue Operations**: Perform duties related to revenue operations, including medical insurance collections, credits, and patient insurance coverage.
* **Insurance Communication**: Communicate with insurance payers to ensure proper insurance coverage for our patients or to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement for dialysis services rendered at our clinics.
* **Timely Response**: Respond timely and accurately to payer communications, ensuring seamless processes across teams.
* **Collaboration**: Collaborate with other revenue operations teams to ensure seamless processes across teams.
* **Process Improvement**: Partner with clinics teammates, including Insurance counselors, social workers, and facility administrators, to ensure timely and accurate insurance information.
* **Continuous Improvement**: Help identify process changes and opportunities for continuous improvements.
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* **Corporate Office Experience**: A minimum of six (6) months of corporate office experience is required.
* **Revenue Cycle Experience**: Previous Revenue Cycle experience is preferred but not required.
* **Data Entry Experience**: Data entry experience filling out online forms is essential.
* **Internet Navigation**: Savvy in navigating through the internet and provider portals.
* **Claim Accounting Knowledge**: Proper claim accounting knowledge is a big plus.
* **Medical Billing or Accounting Experience**: Medical billing or accounting experience is a big plus.
