**Job Summary**
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients address their customers' concerns, provide support, and resolve issues. You'll be part of a talented team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a positive impact on people's lives.
**Responsibilities**
* Assist customers with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of our healthcare products and services
* Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Maintain and update customer information as necessary
* Upsell current customers on new or enhanced healthcare services
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and arenaflex's products and services to provide expert support to customers
**Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Customer service experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
* Strong computer navigational skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
* Exceptional listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to understand customer concerns and provide tailored solutions
* Professional and courteous demeanor, with a customer-oriented approach
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
**Work Environment**
* Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Your work-from-home environment must be in a private residence, located at the address listed on your personnel file
* arenaflex will provide the equipment you need to conduct your work, including a webcam
* You'll need to provide an Internet/Broadband Internet Connection - DSL or Cable only. No Satellite, Dial-up, or Wireless Internet connections
* Your workstation must be connected directly to the Internet with proof that your ISP meets a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps
