As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to interact with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures, and contribute to making a meaningful impact on our clients' businesses. **Your Role as a Healthcare Customer Service Representative** As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to their questions, issues, and concerns. Your responsibilities will include: * Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their queries or concerns * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Upselling when required **Qualifications and Requirements** We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
