We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team! As a key member of our customer support and sales team, you'll play a vital role in helping patients navigate our services, ensuring seamless communication, and driving business growth. **Responsibilities:**
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering inbound sales calls to help patients or their families decide to book our services, providing expert guidance and support throughout the process
* Verifying insurance coverage for patients, submitting pre-authorizations, and ensuring a smooth claims process
* Following up with potential patients to address their concerns and provide updates on their status
* Scheduling appointments and rescheduling when issues arise, ensuring timely and efficient communication with patients and our operations team
* Providing weekly sales updates to our operations manager, helping us track progress and identify areas for improvement
* Following up with patients on status, including equipment, materials, and surveys, to ensure a high level of patient satisfaction
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 10+ years of experience in customer service, with a strong track record of providing exceptional support and resolving complex issues
* 5+ years of experience as a medical receptionist, including insurance verification experience, to ensure a deep understanding of healthcare operations and regulations
* 5+ years of experience in inside/inbound sales, with a proven ability to drive business growth and meet sales targets
* Strong computer and organization skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* High self-motivation and a passion for spending all day talking to prospects on the phone, building relationships, and driving sales
* Flexibility and adaptability, as our company is growing rapidly, and your responsibilities may evolve or expand over time
**Compensation, Growth, and Benefits:**
At arenaflex, we offer a competitive compensation package, including:
* Base pay of $42,000-$49,000 per year, depending on experience
* Potential Annual Bonus of up to $5,000, based on performance

As a remote employee, you'll have the freedom to work from anywhere, at any time, as long as you're available to answer the phone and be in front of your computer, free of distraction and background noise, from approximately 9:00am-5:30pm PST every business day.
