**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Minimum two years of operational or contact center experience, with a proven track record of resolving complex customer issues.

* Strong problem-solving ability and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering timely and effective solutions.
* Proven analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement.
