**The Role**
As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the voice of careerzynith, handling inbound calls, emails, and chats from clients across Europe. Your primary responsibility will be to provide clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented assistance to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You'll work in a fast-paced, multilingual environment with the highest standards of quality.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from clients across Europe
* Support customers with a range of topics from technical inquiries to general service support
* Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented assistance
* Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex cases
* Work in a fast-paced, multilingual environment with the highest standards of quality
**Languages Required:**
* German C2 (native or near-native proficiency)
* English B2 (intermediate proficiency)
**Schedule:**
* Rotating Shifts: Monday to Sunday 24/7 operation
* 2 rotating days off per week
* Full remote working model (after initial training)
* Flexibility is key; this role requires availability across different shifts, including nights and weekends
**Compensation & Benefits:**
* Base Salary: 1,100 EUR/month (x14 months/year)
* Complexity Bonus: 80 EUR/month (x11 months/year)
* Position Bonus: 20 EUR/month
* Meal Allowance: 7.23 EUR/day (net)
