We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. As a key member of our data management and content creation team, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including data entry, content creation, and market research. **Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
* Reporting to a data manager or senior data team member, you will ensure accurate and updated data is easily accessible through our digital database.
* Performing various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
* Transferring data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners.
* Typing in data provided directly from customers.
* Creating spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes.
* Verifying data by comparing it to source documents.
* Updating existing data.
* Retrieving data from the database or electronic files as requested.
* Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation.
* Sorting and organizing paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost.
* Performing market research.
* Creating presentations, as assigned.
* Generating, editing, publishing, and sharing daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Proven experience as a data entry clerk or virtual assistant.
* Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).
* Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.
* Good command of English, both oral and written, and customer service skills.
* Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and customer-focused with good multitasking and organizational ability.
* Ability to type 9,000 keystrokes per hour.
* Ability to grasp and retain instructions.
