**Key Responsibilities:**
* Design, develop, and implement web and cloud applications that meet the evolving needs of our business
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs
* Develop and maintain high-quality code that is scalable, secure, and efficient
* Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure that code meets arenaflex's coding standards
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply that knowledge to improve arenaflex's IT capabilities
* Lead or participate in projects that involve the development of new features or the enhancement of existing ones
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure that IT solutions meet business requirements and are aligned with arenaflex's overall strategy
* Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and user manuals
* Participate in the development of arenaflex's technical roadmap and provide input on future technology investments
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* At least 8 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in cloud computing, microservices architecture, and web development
* Experience with cloud platforms such as OpenShift (Kubernetes) and AWS
* Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript
* Experience with web application frameworks such as Springboot and AngularJS
* Experience with database management systems such as MySQL and MongoDB
* Strong understanding of software development principles, including Agile and DevOps
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark
* Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence
* Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker
* Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
* Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins and GitLab
* Experience with cloud security and compliance frameworks
* Experience with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL
