**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Server Farm Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our server farm operations team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our server farms, ensuring that they're running smoothly, efficiently, and securely. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to drive innovation, improve processes, and deliver exceptional results.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of multiple server farms, ensuring that they're running smoothly, efficiently, and securely.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve server farm performance, reduce costs, and enhance security.
* Collaborate with our engineering teams to design and implement new server farm infrastructure, including mechanical, electrical, and control systems.

* 2+ years of experience managing a team of engineers, with a proven track record of leadership and coaching.
* Strong understanding of server farm design, implementation, and maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
* Experience with server farm management software, including tools such as VMware vCenter and Microsoft System Center.
