We are seeking an experienced full stack sales representative to join our team of Chat Assassins at arenaflex. As a Chat Assassin, you will be responsible for promoting coaching programs to clients through social media chats, such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote coaching programs to clients through social media chats
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to drive sales and revenue growth
- Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to negotiate and close deals
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Chat Assassin at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
- Interest in the sales field and a proven track record of success
- Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection and a fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
- Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Compensation Expectations
We believe in transparency and fairness in our compensation practices. Our compensation expectations are as follows:
- Entry Level: $600-$1,200/month
- Experienced Level: $1,200-$3,000/month
- Expert/Leadership Level: $3,000+/month
