**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Recruiter at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Sourcing and recruiting candidates using a variety of platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking
* Screening resumes and conducting interviews to assess candidate qualifications
* Coordinating and managing the interview process between candidates and hiring managers
* Providing feedback and recommendations to hiring managers
* Maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information and hiring progress
* Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential candidates
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the customer service industry
* Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong decision-making abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High-speed internet connection and a reliable home office setup
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
* Relevant certifications in recruiting or HR (a plus)
