**The Role**
As an Experienced Full Stack Product Manager, you will be a key member of our Computerization Development team, focused on the development, implementation, and maintenance of our conversational AI platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and business stakeholders, to drive the development of innovative products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the development and implementation of our conversational AI platform, working closely with engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with the product team to define product requirements, develop product roadmaps, and prioritize features and functionality.
* Work with data scientists to analyze customer data, identify trends and insights, and inform product development decisions.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, engineers, and data scientists, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
* Drive the development of innovative products and features that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
* Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement technical solutions that meet business requirements.

**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on conversational AI and live chat support.
* Strong background in digital product management, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
* Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction through innovative product development.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and inform product development decisions.
* Experience working with agile development methodologies and tools, such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
