**Job Responsibilities**
As a Partner Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of cutting-edge visit automation capabilities. You will work closely with our product team, engineers, data scientists, and business partners to drive innovation and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Leading the acquisition and integration of continuous product development efforts and defining product requirements that drive customer experience uplift
* Influencing customer data, conversational analysis, industry trends, and technical expertise to analyze existing solutions and develop future capabilities
* Collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and product managers across various value streams to deliver products that balance short-term gains with long-term investments
* Working with our core product team to define customer stories, guide product definition, and build comprehensive acceptance criteria, identifying and elevating any need for additional research to define future feature planning
* Leading customer testing and post-launch sustainment analysis of automation and identifying ways to improve the experience
* Analyzing performance metrics that demonstrate the health of the product and developing clear data-driven product recommendations
* Maintaining and refining the product backlog, planning customer stories to meet the needs of the end-user, while focusing on business value
* Supporting the definition and creation of the product strategy, roadmap, and release plan, as well as customer experience
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, software engineering, or a related field
* A strong passion for conversational AI and live chat support, with a desire to learn and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex product functionality to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* A proven track record of driving innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop clear product recommendations
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
* A strong understanding of product development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
* Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and data science
**Preferred Qualifications**
* A master's degree in business, computer science, software engineering, or a related field
* Experience working with conversational AI and live chat support technologies, including natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML)
* Experience working in a product management role, with a focus on conversational AI and live chat support
* Strong experience with data analysis and visualization tools, including Tableau and Power BI
* Experience working with cloud-based platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure
* Strong experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including Scrum Master certification
