**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly skilled Java Developer to join our Customer Systems Development team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable, efficient, and secure software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. **Key Responsibilities**
* Design, develop, and deploy high-quality Java-based software solutions that meet arenaflex's standards for scalability, efficiency, and security
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, application owners, designers, and project managers, to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs
* Develop and maintain large-scale, distributed systems, including web applications, APIs, and data storage solutions
* Implement and integrate various technologies, including Spring, REST, and data access frameworks, to build robust and scalable systems
* Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality code and adherence to arenaflex's coding standards

**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
