As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be working in a fast-paced inbound call center environment where performance is rewarded. You'll be helping customers every day by ensuring their insurance needs are met, and they maintain their insurance policy with the coverage they require at a reasonable price. **About the Role:** In this unique full-time opportunity, you'll be responsible for assisting our customers who have been placed with one of our partnered insurance companies. You'll be working with multiple programs and systems simultaneously to resolve customer needs quickly and efficiently. Your duties will include: * Answering inbound calls from existing customers in a fast-paced call center-like environment, using multiple programs and systems to resolve their needs quickly and efficiently. * Developing and maintaining a broad knowledge of insurance requirements and carrier guidelines across dozens of states and many carriers. * Answering questions related to coverages, billing, and policy history. * Using a proactive approach to identify and assess customers' needs and offer our services to ensure each customer is placed best for their needs. You'll create opportunities for our in-house consultants to upsell, x-sale, re-shop, and rewrite policies. * Resolving customer issues, processing payments, answering questions, and processing endorsements. * Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the software, products, and processes used by the organization. * Maintaining high call quality (QA) score, process adherence, and productivity metrics. * Performing all other duties as assigned. **Requirements:** * Resident state P&C license required * Strong attention to detail/accuracy when collecting and entering data * Strong organizational and time management skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Two plus years of customer service experience in the non-standard market in a multi-insurance carrier/rater environment preferred * Experience working in a high-volume and fast-paced call center environment * Ability to multi-task using multiple screens, navigating several carrier platforms and systems simultaneously * Strong reliable internet connection * Proactive in one's own development; welcomes coaching as an opportunity to improve * High energy and enjoys working in a combined team/goal-oriented environment * Experience with named non-owner policies, understanding SR-22, and FR-44 state filings is a plus * Bilingual (English/Spanish), highly desired **What You Can Expect from arenaflex:** * We'll set you up for success with a paid training period either on-site or from home * Starting salary range is $41,600.00-$43,680.00, DOE + monthly incentive, target of $500 per month + 401(k) + benefits * An investment in our employees' professional development and growth * On-going professional training following on-site training, for updates to operations and procedures via our online learning system called Litmos * The ability to work remotely without the need for you to relocate * A comprehensive and highly competitive benefits package, including: + Dental Insurance + Health Insurance + Vision Insurance + 401(k) + Paid Holidays + Paid Time Off + Ongoing Professional Training online via Litmos + And more **Why arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
