**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Instructional Systems Designer to join our CD&I team in one of our locations: St Louis, MO; Tukwila WA, Jacksonville, FL; Oklahoma City, OK; Ridely Park, PA. As a key member of our team, you'll design, develop, and deliver technical learning solutions that meet the needs of our customers, including the Navy, Air Force, and Army. **Key Responsibilities**
As an Associate or Mid-Level Customer Instructional Systems Designer, you'll be responsible for:
* Designing technical learning solutions that meet customer and stakeholder objectives
* Researching and analyzing learning objectives and customer needs
* Designing and providing recommendations to stakeholders on course structure, content, and methodologies
* Completing design review process with stakeholders
* Supporting development of training content to meet training objectives
* Evaluating technical training effectiveness and customer feedback
* Supporting developing and accessing new instructional strategies, methods, technologies, and tools related to instructional design, development, and delivery
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree or higher in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
* Experience with Instructional System Design Methodologies, Learning Data, and Learning Management Systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
* Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
* Experience with adult learning theory, instructional design models, and learning analytics
* Familiarity with learning management systems, such as LMS or LCMS
* Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello
* Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
