**Job Summary**
arenaflex is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Engagement Manager to join our Amazon Q Customer Success Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for owning the delivery of complex Gen AI projects and programs, combining technical expertise with direction to drive successful implementations of AWS-based solutions for our clients. You'll bridge business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating technical discussions and ensuring alignment with customer outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**
As an experienced technology program/project manager, you'll be responsible for:
* Directing complex Gen AI proof-of-concepts, implementations, and enterprise adoption projects
* Leveraging comprehensive knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide technical and strategic planning
* Bridging business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating engineering discussions and ensuring alignment with customer business outcomes
* Distilling customer needs into clear technical requirements and map them to business outcomes
* Decomposing complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions
* Contributing to technical documentation and defining documentation standards

**Essential Qualifications**
* 5+ years of experience in technology program/project management, with a focus on cloud computing and Gen AI
* Proven track record of delivering complex projects and programs on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction
* Comprehensive knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices
* Strong technical expertise, with the ability to distill complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate technical discussions and ensure alignment with customer outcomes
* Strong business acumen, with the ability to bridge business requirements with technical solutions
**Preferred Qualifications**
* AWS certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate)
* Experience with cloud adoption frameworks (e.g. Well-Architected, Cloud Adoption Framework)
* Strong understanding of Gen AI and its applications in cloud computing
* Experience with technical documentation and documentation standards
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to direct complex projects and programs
