As a key member of our US team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to our mission and shape the future of e-commerce in the pet care industry. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced E-commerce Customer Business Manager to lead the development and execution of our e-commerce strategy across top platforms. As a key account manager, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customers, driving sales growth, and achieving category leadership. If you have a strong commercial awareness, marketing and sales background, and a passion for e-commerce, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies for Chewy and California Pet Pharmacy, aligning with corporate goals and objectives • Manage and build relationships with e-commerce accounts to deliver annual sales and profit targets, establishing short and long-term sales goals for all e-commerce products • Provide P&L oversight for key accounts, maximizing profitability by growing top-line sales and managing selling expenses • Develop annual sales and marketing plans and budget, recommending and managing pricing, trade budgets, and spending effectiveness • Collaborate with Demand Planning to create annual forecasts and provide monthly updates, ensuring timely adjustments and on-time delivery • Organize and manage major projects, channel/account-specific campaigns, and coordinate with Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance • Provide strategic and tactical input to Marketing, setting advertising budgets and commercial plans that drive business with online customers • Advise Marketing on market demand and insights, promotional opportunities, and incentives to inform future campaign ideas • Oversee brand protection and collaborate with Brand Protection and Marketing to remedy problems • Communicate with other departments within the organization to foster teamwork and effectiveness • Understand competitors in specific markets and develop strategies to position careerzynith brands as category leaders **Essential Qualifications** • 5+ years of e-commerce sales and account management experience domestically or internationally • Commercial awareness, marketing, and sales background preferred • Pet category experience a plus • In-depth understanding of developing, executing sales and marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns • Strong commercial and analytical skills, with extensive experience working with Excel to conduct analysis and detailed sales reports • Florida travel 30%-40% • Strong written and oral communication skills • Proficient in English, second language helpful • Working knowledge of e-commerce contracts and understanding of Terms and Conditions • Knowledge of web promotion strategies, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Google/Yahoo/MSN ad words, and pay-per-click campaigns • Proficient in Microsoft suite **Preferred Qualifications** • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business or marketing-related discipline • Minimum of five years related experience and/or training • Experience working with e-commerce platforms, including Chewy and California Pet Pharmacy • Strong understanding of e-commerce analytics and data-driven decision-making **What We Offer** • Competitive salary and benefits package • Opportunity to work with a leading innovator in the pet care industry • Collaborative and dynamic work environment • Professional development and growth opportunities • Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options • Access to cutting-edge technology and tools • Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for e-commerce and customer relationships, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
