Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Nicaragua. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing high-value relationships with sellers on our platform. Your goal will be to grow our 3P market in the USA, expand our product selection, and enhance the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Market Analysis and Insights: Develop a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and global trends. Monitor competitor efforts and identify opportunities to stay ahead of the competition.
- Seller Acquisition and Development: Identify, prospect, and onboard high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations.
- Seller Guidance and Support: Guide sellers through best practices of online selling, providing data-driven insights to help them achieve high standards of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve seller issues, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our customers.
- Performance and Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, exceed sales objectives, and expand our product selection.
Primary Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Sales Experience: 1-3 years of successful business-to-business sales experience, preferably in e-commerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries.
- Consultative Sales Skills: Demonstrated achievement in exceeding sales objectives using consultative and solutions-focused processes.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Advanced conversation and presentation skills, with a strong working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs.
- Analytical and Quantitative Skills: Advanced analytical skills and quantitative abilities, with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
- Commercial Judgment: Remarkable commercial enterprise judgment with strong written and oral communication talents.
Preferred Qualifications
- E-commerce Experience: 2+ years of e-commerce experience is a plus.
- Consumer Electronics Experience: 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics sector is a plus.
- Direct Sales Experience: 3+ years of direct sales experience is a plus.
