**Job Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of data science initiatives, including:
* **Data Source Identification**: Identify and extract relevant data sources, define data requirements, and perform preliminary data quality checks.
* **Problem Formulation**: Analyze business problems, identify key assumptions, and develop solutions that drive business growth.
* **Analytical Modeling**: Develop and deploy machine learning models, conduct exploratory data analysis, and identify key trends and insights.
* **Model Deployment & Scaling**: Work with MLOps to push ML models to production, continuously log and track model performance, and identify areas for improvement.
* **Code Development & Testing**: Write code to develop and deploy data science solutions, create test cases, and validate proposed solutions.
* **Applied Business Acumen**: Evaluate business cases, influence stakeholder decision-making, and translate business requirements into data science solutions.
* **Model Assessment & Validation**: Identify and evaluate model assessment metrics, apply testing and tuning strategies, and ensure testing records are documented and maintained.
* **Data Visualization and Storytelling**: Develop compelling stories based on data insights, create graphical representations of data, and present findings to various audiences.
**What You'll Bring**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 4+ years of experience in an analytics-related field, with a strong background in machine learning, statistics, and data science.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
* Experience working with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.
