**Key Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with colleagues to design, develop, and deploy AI and ML solutions that predict, prevent, and prescribe solutions to critical issues before they impact the system.
* Work with large datasets to develop predictive models using AI, Deep Learning, and other advanced techniques to identify potential issues and optimize system performance.
* Develop and maintain complex data pipelines, including data extraction, processing, and analysis, to support AI and ML model development.
* Design, code, test, and document AI and ML models, as well as integrate them into our production environment.
* Support the implementation of new systems and processes, including the integration of purchased solutions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and data science, and apply that knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in AI, ML, or data science, with a focus on predictive modeling, discriminative techniques, feature extraction, and analysis.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and others.
* Experience with data extraction, processing, and analysis, as well as data visualization and communication.
* Strong understanding of AI, ML, and data science concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, and deep learning.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working with large datasets and data pipelines, including data warehousing and big data platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS).
* Experience developing and deploying AI and ML models, including model selection, training, and evaluation.
* Experience with data visualization tools and techniques, including Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
* Experience with cloud-based platforms and services, including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
* Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.
* Master's degree or higher in a quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
