**Key responsibilities**
As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for:

* Developing and maintaining data governance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)

* Providing support and guidance to data governance teams and stakeholders
**What you'll need for success**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, information technology, or business administration
* At least 5 years of experience in data governance, with a focus on IT data governance
* Experience leading teams and projects, with a proven track record of success
* Strong knowledge of data governance best practices and industry standards
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate data governance risks and compliance issues
* Experience with data governance tools and technologies, such as data quality and metadata management software
**Preferred qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* A master's degree in a related field, such as computer science, information technology, or business administration
* Experience with data governance certifications, such as CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional) or DGSP (Data Governance and Stewardship Professional)
* Experience with data governance frameworks, such as COBIT or ITIL
* Experience with data governance tools and technologies, such as data quality and metadata management software
* Experience with data governance training and development, with a focus on data governance best practices and industry standards
