**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customers and ensuring that their needs are met. You'll be responsible for analyzing customer requirements, understanding the needs of our business systems, and providing technical support to our customers. You'll work closely with our IT team to resolve technical issues, provide input on technical plans, and help design and implement new applications.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Analyze customer requirements and understand the needs of our business systems
* Perform technical analysis and provide input on technical plans
* Create detailed specifications addressing both UI and data interface requirements
* Communicate with vendors on technical issues and provide input on technical plans
* Help design and implement new applications, including SAP Ariba and Prophet PeopleSoft
* Collaborate with IT and business teams to explain requirements and support development
* Participate in and review solution plans
* Mentor business teams on data exercises and UAT
* Identify and resolve technical issues, often anticipating problems before they occur or develop
**Requirements**
* 2+ years' experience with SAP Ariba
* At least 3 years of practical analysis or similar experience, with a commitment to applying proper skills and work to meet expectations
* Excellent analytical skills and demonstrated ability to investigate and provide solutions
* Phenomenal interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and effectively interact with people at all levels of the organization
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Solid work ethic, demonstrated meticulousness, and excellent time management skills
* Demonstrated history of successful execution, delivery of tasks, and working cross-functionally with business and IS
* Previous experience in a Lithe environment
* Ability to work independently
* Great verbal and written communication skills
* Innovative, creative, and responsive with a strong desire to take initiative
* Phenomenal customer service skills
* Capable, meticulous, and has an energy for excellence
* Good understanding of corporate IT strategies, techniques, and principles
* Working knowledge of IT process and how it applies to IT Management Stage solutions
* Recognizes the role of data technology in providing the business with the ability to achieve upper hand
* Solid documentation and presentation skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience on SAP or other ERP implementation projects
* 2-5 years' experience with Costco business information
* Capable in the use of Google products: email, spreadsheet, document, presentation
* Working knowledge of ServiceNow (Carts+) Portfolio and Program Management module
* Knowledge of PeopleSoft or Ariba software/frameworks
