**Job Summary**
arenaflex is seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our data management systems, analyzing and interpreting data to drive business decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our customer experience. **Key Responsibilities**
* Maintain and improve data management systems, including data dashboards and layout libraries
* Design, extract, and load normalized data and data models, performing exploratory data analysis, cleaning, and summarization
* Mine data to gather insights and drive business decisions and operational procedures
* Steward data management requirements for key projects to drive customer story commitment and enhance reality-based decision-making across senior leadership groups
* Foster the ability to reason custom dashboard arrangements, offering scientific support (code documentation, data changes, calculations, etc.) to innovation groups collaborating on logical insights and proposals into business processes
**We'd love to hear from individuals with:**
* Moderate experience with store network analysis, displaying, and dashboard development
* Collaborative approaches to provide powerful visual presentations of logical experiences and brief summaries of approach customized to varied audiences, both in discipline and decision-making ownership
**Required Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies**
* Education: BA/BS with a focus in quantitative discipline – Statistics, Math, Comp Science, Engineering, Economics, Social Sociology, or comparable discipline
* Ability to apply knowledge on multidisciplinary business standards and practices to achieve effective results in cross-functional undertakings and exercises
* Business-material involvement with several Displaying and AI Strategies (regression, tree models, survival analysis, cluster analysis, estimation, inconsistency recognition, association rules, etc.)
* Experienced user of Incorta, Prophet, and SQL
* Openness and business-relevant involvement with several data ETL (Teradata, Python, Java, Ruby, Pig)
* Openness and business-appropriate involvement with several analytical languages (R, SAS, SPSS, Stata)
* Huge data handling methods, liked
* Retail, Customer devotion, E-commerce, or store network insight, liked
