About the Role
careerzynith is seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Virtual Assistant team. As a key member of our IT team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Revenue Technology & Data Analytics group, which is responsible for driving business growth and innovation through data-driven insights. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the airline industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in data entry and management for various IT projects, including business analysis, data analysis, and technical support.
- Support the development, testing, and maintenance of software applications and infrastructure.
- Contribute to the creation of performance dashboards and service level agreements with various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of coding standards and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and requirements:
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 2.5 GPA or higher.
- Completion of at least 2 years in a college program.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Knowledge of programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C++.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools, such as Informatica or Oracle.
