**Job Summary:**
As a Senior Analyst – Supply Chain Systems, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the Distribution Center Administration Framework, as well as serving as the primary point of contact between the Centralized Computer and Application Development divisions. You will work closely with the Organization/Telecom divisions and the Innovation Office to facilitate, investigate, and implement actual solutions that support the DC, as well as administer and support all aspects of all moves/add/change demands.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide technical support and maintenance for the Distribution Center Administration Framework
* Serve as the primary point of contact between the Centralized Computer and Application Development divisions
* Work closely with the Organization/Telecom divisions and the Innovation Office to facilitate, investigate, and implement actual solutions that support the DC
* Coordinate all data backups and data recovery procedures
* Communicate between the distribution center office, WMS merchant, and MIS Division for issue resolution
* Support all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals
* Support LAN (Local Area Network) design
* Perform all future upgrades of software
* Coordinate stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, etc., and report usage to MIS
* Regulate nonexempt staff
* Maintain all control tables within the WMS, including access security
* Monitor the performance of the framework application to ensure it is ready and accessible to all end users
* Manage and monitor end-user access and privileges and report to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis
* Develop reporting tools for clients to have better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, whether through Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio
**Required Capabilities:**
* 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
* 2+ years of experience in using SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Word
* Must be local, as this is not a remote job (Note: This job has been updated to be a remote job with arenaflex)
**Preferred Capabilities:**
* Project management experience
* Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Business acumen
