We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a remote full-time opportunity. As a key member of our Supply Chain Systems team, you will play a critical role in supporting and maintaining our Distribution Center Administration Framework, as well as serving as the primary point of contact between our Centralized Computer and Application Development divisions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Support and maintain the Distribution Center Administration Framework, including collaborating with the Organization/Telecom divisions and the Innovation Office to facilitate, investigate, and implement actual solutions that support the DC as needed.
* Coordinate all data backups and data recovery procedures.
* Serve as the primary point of contact between the distribution center office, WMS merchant, and MIS Division for issue resolution.
* Support all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals.
* Support LAN (Local Area Network) design.
* Carry out all future arrivals of software.
* Coordinate stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, etc., and report usage to MIS.
* Regulate nonexempt staff.
* Maintain all control tables within the WMS, including access security.
* Screen the performance of the framework application to ensure it is ready and accessible to all end users.
* Manage and monitor end-user access and permissions and report to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis.
* Develop reporting tools for clients to have better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, whether through Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio.
**Required Capabilities:**
* 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Prophet, etc.
* 2+ years of experience in using SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Word.
* Must be local, as this is not a remote job (Note: This job has been modified to be remote at arenaflex).
**Preferred Capabilities:**
* Project management experience.
* Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
