**About the Role**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of sports information disseminated across various ESPN platforms. You'll work closely with our team of data experts to create and maintain a comprehensive database of sports information, including scores, schedules, standings, and more. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure will be essential in delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of sports information disseminated across various ESPN platforms
* Work in individual settings and in teams to deliver precise and up-to-date data, including scores, schedules, standings, and more
* Create and maintain a comprehensive database of sports information, including data feeds and manual data entry
* Collaborate with data experts to identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies
* Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve data quality and efficiency
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of data-driven projects and initiatives
* Stay up-to-date with current office policies and procedures
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or data analysis
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools, with experience working with data feeds and manual data entry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1+ years of experience in sports or data analysis, preferably in a media or entertainment setting
* Knowledge of how sports information is used in media and research purposes
* Experience working with ESPN products and creations
* Familiarity with SQL programming and data visualization tools
* Ability to communicate and write in Spanish
* Experience leading or training a team
* Familiarity with web-based platforms and social media in a business or news setting
