**Job Summary:**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of patient data, prescriptions, and medical records. You will work closely with our healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care and services, while maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and confidentiality. **Key Responsibilities:**
* **Patient Experience:**
+ Greet patients warmly and offer assistance with products and services, ensuring a positive patient experience.
+ Model and promote client service best practices with all colleagues, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional patient care.
+ Collaborate with patients to identify needs and proactively offer services, enhancing their overall experience.
+ Participate in community outreach events and activities that reflect our company's values and mission.
* **Tasks:**
+ Provide guidance and support to patients regarding medication use, side effects, interactions, contraindications, and patient data security.
+ Perform pharmacy tasks, including compounding, medication therapy management, and prescription management.
+ Review, interpret, and accurately administer prescribed medications as required.
+ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures.
+ Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide clinical and health services, including vaccinations, diagnostic testing, and patient results services.
* **Individuals and Performance Management:**
+ Support the Pharmacy Manager in staff recruitment, training, and development.
+ Develop and implement strategies to enhance staff performance, productivity, and job satisfaction.
+ Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
* **Preparation and Self-Awareness:**
+ Maintain current knowledge and required licensure/credentialing/ certification as outlined by government and state regulations.
+ Stay up-to-date with advancements in pharmacy and healthcare by reading industry publications, attending conferences, and participating in continuing education programs.
+ Pursue professional development opportunities, including training, education, and certifications, to enhance skills and knowledge.
* **Essential Capabilities:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field from an accredited institution.
+ Current pharmacy licensure in the states within the region.
+ Experience performing prescription filling and management, demonstrating a strong understanding of relevant state and federal regulations.
+ Immunization certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
* **Preferred Capabilities:**
+ At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and management, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance.
