**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency. You will be responsible for managing and processing large volumes of data, ensuring accuracy and quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide leadership and guidance to external vendors, contractors, colleagues, or matrixed staff to support ACA IFP Change Integrity drives.
* Drive the extraction, compromise, and consolidation of data (coding survey results and clinical record images) from various sources, identifying gaps while ensuring productivity within the process.
* Serve as a business lead for system planning and testing new capabilities, as well as, the evaluation of exercises related to vendor compromise of coding results and clinical record images, and other specialized projects.
* Drive change related to upgrades and system fixes, understanding interdependencies both cycle-wise and timing-wise to achieve business targets.
* Utilize expertise and experience to derive insights from data, ensuring the accuracy and quality of information.
* Support 1m IFP individuals by closely managing vendor data quality and practicality, ensuring data is ingested into Team to drive entries, and all Group approval errors are worked out to guarantee submission fulfillment.
* Break down and comprehend advanced recovery to augment results, and redo ACA reporting perspectives and effort director information required for daily tasks work.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Proven experience with IT application development lifecycles and strategies.
* Experience in transforming data into meaningful and actionable information, affecting others through effective communication.
* Experience with SAS/SAS EG/Python/SQL server in data analysis and control.
* Strong attention to detail and scrupulousness.
* Experience in merchant management, solid communication skills, and experience in reporting business processes, suggesting, and implementing progress techniques.
* Ability to perform testing capabilities, participate in system planning, and review the precision of detailing against source records/reports/data sets.
* Capacity to carry out inspecting methodology.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and data visualization.
* Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data security.
* Experience in working with large datasets, data warehousing, and data mining.
* Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies.
* Experience in working with cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and communicating effectively.
