As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing patient data, prescriptions, and other medical information. You will work closely with our healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and high-quality patient care. **Key Responsibilities**
* Accurately and efficiently process patient data, prescriptions, and other medical information
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and high-quality patient care
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information, prescriptions, and other medical data
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and data entry processes
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
* Current licensure as a pharmacist in the states within the region
* Experience performing solution dispensing exercises that demonstrate a strong understanding of relevant state and federal controlled substance regulations
* Affirmed Immunizer or able to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire
**Preferred Qualifications**
* At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and checking, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance
* Strong understanding of data entry processes, medical terminology, and healthcare regulations
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
