**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Packaging Strategy and Operations, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data, identifying trends, and developing strategies to improve packaging efficiency and sustainability. **Key Responsibilities**
* Analyze complex data to identify trends and patterns, and develop strategies to improve packaging efficiency and sustainability
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive effective communication and collaboration across the organization
* Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve packaging design, production, and distribution
* Work with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with arenaflex's packaging standards
* Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including packaging specifications, production schedules, and inventory management
* Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with arenaflex's packaging standards and regulations
* Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on packaging best practices and regulations
* Collaborate with the packaging design team to develop innovative and sustainable packaging solutions
* Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
**Essential Qualifications**
* 4-year degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as packaging, supply chain management, or business administration
* 4+ years of experience in data entry, packaging strategy, or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify trends
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Experience with packaging design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
* Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards, such as FDA, EPA, and ISO
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with data analysis software, such as Excel, Tableau, or similar tools
* Familiarity with supply chain management software, such as SAP or similar tools
* Experience with packaging design and production, including knowledge of materials, processes, and equipment
* Strong knowledge of sustainability and environmental regulations, including ISO 14001 and similar standards
* Experience with training and development programs, including adult learning theory and instructional design
