Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Executing patient intervention pharmacy programs and ensuring consistency of clinical pharmacy services * Driving pharmacy financial performance by executing on pharmacy projects to boost reimbursements while improving patient wellbeing results * Handling prescription processing from a remote setting * Cultivating strong relationships with clinical networks in assigned regions and serving as a representative and contact of the organization * Filling in as an informed authority and resource to other pharmacists and field leaders * Maintaining current knowledge of pharmacy industry and required licensure * Performing direct patient care programs, including but not limited to: + Drug Treatment Management programs + Vaccination Services + Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects * Driving consistency and continuous quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by: + Analyzing, assessing, and re-planning processes + Monitoring and examining results + Executing changes * Ensuring region pharmacies comply with regulatory compliance, standard operating systems, and FDA guidelines * Driving local pharmacy financial performance by aligning business systems to organization financial objectives * Performing patient experience improvement endeavors by expanding focus on healthcare services (e.g., patient counseling, medication management, drug treatment audits, and retail, clinical, or health services, etc.) * Providing expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leadership * Upholding staff training experiences and advancement opportunities * Advancing cooperation and inspiring pharmacy staff by cultivating a shared vision and supporting organization strategies, systems, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity * Conducting data and clinical audits and making vital moves to ensure accuracy and propriety of medications * Reviewing patient records and profiles to ensure appropriate and safe medication treatment * Providing individualized patient/supplier discussion * Utilizing exceptional interpersonal skills to win the trust of patients by listening to their concerns and providing a sounding board for pharmacy issues * Providing input regarding the effectiveness of the Client Maintenance Program, including comments from patients as the value of individual consultations * Being accountable for all inquiries, discussions, and responses which relate directly to patient treatment * Providing clinical counsel and information to patients, physicians, and insurance plans as necessary * Performing other work consistent with the job duties in this record as allocated by management * Observing rules and procedures for all job responsibilities to meet objectives * Complying with organization policies and procedures, including all HIPAA rules/guidelines * Ensuring compliance with government, state, and local pharmacy regulations **Essential Capabilities:** * Current pharmacist license as granted by the relevant state licensing authority * Experience inspiring colleagues to research and resolve issues * Experience working with confidential information * Ability to work non-standard hours, which may include nights, holidays, or weekends * Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing/scheduling and tracking details and meeting time constraints of various tasks with fluctuating completion dates * Experience creating ways to achieve objectives with minimal supervision, relying on oneself to complete goals and determining when escalating issues * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction * Ability to travel up to 10% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state) **Preferred Capabilities:** * Readiness to acquire other state pharmacy licenses if necessary * Knowledge of insurance plans * Knowledge of PC operating systems, including Radio, Commitment, and Plus * Essential level expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., opening a workbook, inserting a row, choosing font and size, designing cells as currency, using copy, paste, and save capabilities, adjusting text, choosing cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a sheet, choosing a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting margins, choosing page orientation, using spell check or printing worksheets) * Essential level expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., inserting, modifying, saving, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, expanding list level, adding, focusing, and altering text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving items, printing slide view or running a slide show) * Essential level expertise in Microsoft Word (e.g., opening a document, cutting, pasting, and adjusting text, choosing font type and size, changing margins and section width, arranging, inserting images, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review sheet, or printing capabilities) **What We Offer:** *
