We're currently seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Global Equity Compensation Administration team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our equity compensation initiatives through essential data entry and analysis tasks. **What You'll Do**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for supporting our equity compensation initiatives through the following key responsibilities:
### Audit & Compliance
* Perform daily, weekly, and monthly data audits to ensure operational compliance of long-term incentive and equity compensation plans.
* Review and process transactions related to Performance Share Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and equity buy plans.
* Ensure accurate and timely data entry, processing, and reporting to meet regulatory requirements and internal standards.
### Transaction & Reporting
* Manage the processing of equity awards, including stock option exercises and releases.
* Produce ad-hoc analytics and reporting to support ongoing operations, including data visualization and insights.
* Maintain and update equity administration processes and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
### Stakeholder Support
* Research, track, and respond to inquiries from plan participants, HR partners, and other stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
* Assist in the enrollment and management of equity plan activities, including data entry and processing.
* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience and resolving issues promptly.
### Continuous Improvement
* Learn and quickly adapt to new tools, systems, and methodologies, particularly within HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday).
* Convert data findings into clear, actionable recommendations to drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
**What We're Looking For**
### Educational Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
### Experience
* No prior experience required, but at least 1 year of experience in areas such as equity plan administration, payroll, tax, or accounting is a plus.
* Familiarity with various equity plan products (stock options, PSUs, RSUs, and equity buy plans) is beneficial.
