Join our team and help us continue our mission of sustainability and empowerment. **Job Summary:** We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to support our equity compensation initiatives through essential data entry and analysis tasks. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring operational compliance of long-term incentive and equity compensation plans. If you're passionate about detail, data, and equity compensation, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities:** As a Consultant, Global Equity, you will be responsible for: ### Audit & Compliance * Perform daily, weekly, and monthly data audits to ensure operational compliance of long-term incentive and equity compensation plans. * Review and process transactions related to Performance Share Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and equity buy plans. * Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all data entry and analysis tasks. ### Transaction & Reporting * Manage the processing of equity awards, including stock option exercises and releases. * Produce ad-hoc analytics and reporting to support ongoing operations. * Maintain and update equity administration processes and documentation. ### Stakeholder Support * Research, track, and respond to inquiries from plan participants, HR partners, and other stakeholders. * Assist in the enrollment and management of equity plan activities. * Provide excellent support to both internal and external stakeholders. ### Continuous Improvement * Learn and quickly adapt to new tools, systems, and methodologies, particularly within HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday). * Convert data findings into clear, actionable recommendations. **Requirements:** ### Educational Requirements * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred. ### Experience * No prior experience required, but at least 1 year of experience in areas such as equity plan administration, payroll, tax, or accounting is a plus. * Familiarity with various equity plan products (stock options, PSUs, RSUs, and equity buy plans) is beneficial. ### Key Skills & Attributes * Attention to Detail: A strong interest in ensuring data accuracy and operational compliance. * Communication: Clear and effective communication skills. * Analytical Ability: Capable of conducting thorough data analysis and generating actionable insights. * Technical Aptitude: Willingness to learn and use new systems and software, especially HRIS systems like Workday. * Customer-Focused: Committed to delivering excellent support to both internal and external stakeholders. **What We Offer:** * Competitive Total Rewards: A comprehensive package including base pay, incentives, and benefits. * Career Growth & Development: Access to professional development programs, career progression planning, and continuous learning opportunities. * Inclusive & Diverse Culture: Join a global team that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. * Work with passionate professionals from diverse backgrounds, driving positive change worldwide. * Wellness & Work-Life Balance: Comprehensive wellness programs including financial, physical, and mental health resources. * Flexible, remote working arrangements that empower you to balance work and life effectively. **How to Apply:** If you're ready to bring your enthusiasm for detail, data, and equity compensation to a global leader, we want to hear from you!
