**The Role**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for supporting the development of revolutionary and impactful data strategies that drive business growth and credit & fraud risk control excellence. You'll work closely with our Digital Risk Products & Data Strategy team to analyze present and new data reasserts, identify opportunities to optimize our data answers & purchases, and develop metrics to provide robust controls and insights.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Support the development of innovative data strategies through strategic partnerships to drive business growth and credit & fraud risk control excellence
* Support the Enterprise Data Strategy throughout the customer lifecycle through data-driven and risk-based total principles
* Analyze present and new data reasserts to identify opportunities to optimize our data answers & purchases and address business needs
* Review and display data quality, insurance, and freshness
* Analyze present data to develop metrics with the intention of providing robust controls and insights
* Collaborate with new data and present partners to identify new data opportunities and enhance present data change processes
* Closely partner with colleagues across CFR Data Strategy, Product Owners, Compliance, CFR Risk Strategy, CFR Fraud Strategy, and Decisions Science
* Support the team with third-party relationships control and adherence to arenaflex's Third Party Lifecycle Management program
**Competencies and Experience**
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and across a matrixed organization to deliver solutions at top speed
* Ability to manage and lead large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders
* Good communication and influencing skills with the ability to translate data and analytics into business insights and recommendations, conceptualize and promote ideas
* Strong technical skills to perform data evaluation, analytics, and matrices tracking/reporting
* Knowledge of Python, SQL, Spark, SAS, and familiarity with large data and cloud environments
* Experience in a financial services company in data or process function
* Knowledge of Credit Risk and/or Fraud Risk standards, practices, or outside Credit or Fraud Risk data reasserts preferred
* Master's Degree or better required, focus in a quantitative discipline preferred
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under fluid environments
