**About the Role**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting the development of innovative data strategies and risk management solutions. You'll work closely with our team to analyze complex data sets, identify trends and insights, and develop actionable recommendations to drive business growth and reduce risk. Your expertise in data analysis, risk management, and technical skills will be essential in helping us stay ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving financial industry.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Support the development of revolutionary and impactful data strategies to drive business growth and credit & fraud risk control excellence
* Analyze present and new data sets to identify opportunities to optimize our data solutions and purchases and address business needs
* Review and display data quality, integrity, and freshness
* Collaborate with new data and present partners to identify new data opportunities and enhance present data change processes
* Closely partner with colleagues across CFR Data Strategy, Product Owners, Compliance, CFR Risk Strategy, CFR Fraud Strategy, and Decisions Science
* Support the team with third-party relationships management and adherence to arenaflex's Third Party Lifecycle Management program
* Have consultative skills capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and global environment
**Competencies and Experience**
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and across a matrixed organization to deliver solutions at high speed
* Ability to manage and lead large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders
* Good communication and influencing skills with the ability to translate data and analytics into business insights and recommendations, conceptualize and promote ideas
* Strong technical skills to perform data analysis, analytics, and matrices tracking/reporting
* Knowledge of Python, SQL, Spark, SAS, and familiarity with large data and cloud environments
* Experience in a financial services company in data or process function
* Knowledge of Credit Risk and/or Fraud Risk standards, practices, or external Credit or Fraud Risk data sources preferred
* Master's Degree or higher required, focus in a quantitative discipline preferred
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fluid environment
