We're excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Professional to join our Digital Media and Advertising Operations team. As a key member of our Milan-based team, you'll play a critical role in supporting our sales reps and clients through all stages of the campaign lifecycle, from planning to invoicing. **About the Role:**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Professional, you'll be responsible for leading a team of digital media specialists in designing and executing the operational components of our advertising efforts. This includes pre-sales direction, media planning, campaign setup, analysis, optimization, reporting, and invoicing across all types of digital media, including video, display, and social media. You'll work closely with our sales, finance, and accounting teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of campaigns.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead a team of digital media specialists in supporting assigned sales reps and clients through all stages of the campaign lifecycle, from planning to invoicing
* Develop and execute effective media plans that drive revenue growth
* Allocate team responsibilities while contributing to and aiding the effort of the executives
* Perform all tasks related to campaign management, including stock valuation, media plan creation, order entry, dealing, streamlining, reporting, and invoicing
* Ensure the Record Administrator is fully prepared on campaign execution and able to address all related questions
* Serve as the primary point of contact for any escalations on complex issues or requests regarding stock, promotion items, or campaigns
* Assist Sales, Finance, and Accounting in revenue tracking
* Investigate and resolve advertising delivery, ad quality, and technical issues, liaising with global Promotion Stages support
* Test potential advertising tech vendor integrations and provide input on contract discussions
* Ideate, execute, audit, and advance operational cycles that drive quality and efficiency
* Analyze usage and execution of digital media to develop strategies and products that boost revenue yield
* Develop, tutor, and foster ability, including training future recruits
* Create and update internal documentation to explain processes and best practices
* Collaborate with regional teams and serve as a local hub of excellence for different offices across EMEA
* Stay up-to-date with TWDC's promotion tech stack and system, and follow industry developments
**The Experience We Expect From You:**
* Graduate level or equivalent experience
* 3+ years of general experience in the advertising industry, either publisher/agency side or in advertising tech
* Team management's insight
* Master in defining and advancing processes
* Profoundly able in determining, planning, dealing, and overseeing advertising campaigns for display and video across websites, applications, social media, and associated television conditions
* Shown capacity in enacting campaigns, creating precise and applicable experiences, and enhancing execution
* Solid understanding of automated advertising, technologies that power it, and key vendors in the space
* Familiar with general data security and privacy requirements connected with digital advertising
* Able to represent the organization in external meetings and events
* Media or entertainment brand experience is helpful, as is knowledge of the cycles and strategies of a global partnership
* Essential ability together and promote the executive's frameworks (e.g.: Google Advertising Manager), advertising server frameworks (e.g.: DV360), and management of Creative Labels and Tracking to support and lead the assigned team.
* Knowledge of Huge activation for digital campaigns and related requirements

**Data Entry:**
* Proficient in data entry and management, with the ability to accurately and efficiently process large volumes of data
* Strong understanding of data security and privacy requirements, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to create and interpret reports to inform business decisions
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. marketing, advertising, communications)
* 3+ years of experience in digital media and advertising operations
* Strong understanding of digital media and advertising technologies, including video, display, and social media
* Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, including Google Analytics and Excel
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
