**Job Description:**
As a Full Stack Data Engineer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying scalable data pipelines, architectures, and systems to power our streaming services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business, engineering, and data science, to ensure that our data solutions meet the needs of our business stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Design and implement scalable data pipelines, architectures, and systems to collect, process, and analyze data
* Develop and maintain high-quality, efficient, and scalable data processing code using programming languages such as Java, Scala, and Python
* Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop and deploy machine learning models and data products
* Work with data engineers to design and implement data warehouses, data lakes, and other data storage solutions
* Develop and maintain data quality, data governance, and data security policies and procedures
* Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment of data engineering projects
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop data solutions to meet those needs
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data engineering and apply that knowledge to improve our data solutions
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* 2+ years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, or related field
* Strong programming skills in Java, Scala, Python, or other programming languages
* Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Flink, or other big data frameworks
* Experience with data storage solutions such as relational databases, NoSQL databases, or data warehouses
* Strong understanding of data modeling, data architecture, and data governance
* Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, or related field
* Experience with machine learning, artificial intelligence, or other advanced data analytics techniques
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization platforms
* Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, or other DevOps platforms
* Strong understanding of data security, data privacy, and data compliance regulations
**Skills and Competencies:**
* Strong programming skills in Java, Scala, Python, or other programming languages
* Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Flink, or other big data frameworks
